We are committed to improving and developing our services and therefore would like your feedback on how we are doing. We have a Patient Participation Group to represent you and work with us to make a difference to our services.
The group meets at least four times a year to discuss patients’ views about the practice, make suggestions on the services available and care provided in the practice. To become involved or to become a member, please complete a membership form that is available at the reception.
