During 2019 we have made so changes to the systems in the surgery.  We have carried out patient surveys during February, May and October to take a snapshot of the impact of these changes and our patients views of them.

We have now collated the results from the latest survey carried out in October 2019 and these are shown in the graph below.  Thank you for all our patients who have taken the time to complete these for us.

During 2018 we have implemented a number of changes to how we provide services to you, our patients.  To understand if these changes have been effective we have undertaken two short surveys, one prior to the changes being made and one following those changes, that a number of you have been kind enough to complete for us.

As we have now collated the results we have decided to share them with our patients.  The graph below shows the outcome from those two surveys and demonstrates our changes have had a positive impact on our patient experience.
